The Defendant, who did not have any income due to lack of a certain occupation, was aware of the fact that the Defendant sold to the customer who applied for the Internet with a product that can purchase the TV, and had the customer applied for the Internet service using it, and had the customer receive the said product by fraud.

1. On May 14, 2013, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated “D” in the signature column of the service use agreement presented by the said company installation engineer for the purpose of deceiving the TV sold at the victim CJH C 301 of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) stated “D” in the customer name and the applicant column of TV purchase; and (c) stated “F phone number column” in the name of the customer and the applicant column of the TV purchase; and (d) stated “G number column C 301” in the applicant column and signed “A” in the applicant column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a private document 19 times in total as shown in the list of crimes, such as forging each copy of a service contract in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations, and one copy of a TV purchase application in the name of a limited liability company E.

2. At the same time and time as set forth in the above paragraph (1), the Defendant presented a forged service contract and a TV purchase application form as set forth in the above paragraph (1) to the CJH-based installation engineer H as if he had been duly formed, and exercised it 19 times in total, as in the list of crimes.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place under the above paragraph (1) above, purchased 5-person TVs from the victim’s employees at the time and place, and drafted an application for purchase by stealing other’s personal information as above.

In fact, even if the Defendant purchased TV as a person without a certain source of revenue at the time, he did not have the intent to pay the price and did not have such ability.

Nevertheless, there is a need to do so.
