1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 560,000,000 won and the period from July 31, 2016 to March 13, 2017.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, from July 31, 2016 to March 13, 2017, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, is not subject to the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, and thus, the part exceeding the damages for delay by the rate of 6% per annum under the Commercial Act is dismissed).
