[Criminal history] On March 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 28, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. On January 13, 2016, from around 00:00 to around 01:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) purchased from a person whose name was unknown at the Defendant’s home located in Seosan City C from a person who was unable to know his name at the Defendant’s home; and (b) administered approximately 0.3g of the marc c, a local mental medicine, which was purchased by the Defendant, by means of inserting the marc (hereinafter “ponopon”).

2. On January 13, 2016, from around 00:00 to around 01:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) sent out the victim D, the Defendant’s wife, at the place specified in paragraph (1) from around January 13, 2016 to the point where the contact was made after leaving the house and leaving the house at a late time, the contact was made; (b) the Defendant thought that the contact would come into the said D; and (c) the head of the household would put the string door under the inner bed and then put the string door, and continuously put the string door into the stairs between the first floor and the second floor; and (d) the Defendant continued to put the string door on the wall 1 floor and the second floor of the detached house (a total size of 6m2, 2196m2).

Accordingly, the defendant, who is used as a residence, destroyed a single unit of detached house with which the market price of the defendant and D's joint ownership is unknown.
