Indication of Claim: The judgment of the Daejeon District Court Decision 2010 Ghana 228666 rendered on October 15, 2010 on the purchase price of the goods (hereinafter “the judgment of the previous lawsuit of this case”) was finalized and conclusive on October 15, 2010, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription against the Defendant in relation to the judgment of the previous lawsuit of this case.
