The defendant, together with B, made small-sum settlement by informing his or her name-free person of the certified text of small-sum settlement received by using his or her mobile phone devices without the consent of the victim C, and conspired to receive the money of the consideration from his or her name-free person.

Around January 3, 2019, the Defendant jointly with B and entered the hotel in the hotel room in the said hotel with the victim “D hotel in the military, Sinsan,” stating that the Defendant “I must make a luck call,” and having a cellular phone borrowed from the victim B with the victim’s cell phone, and entered the toilet in the said hotel room. B, without the victim’s authority, notified the Defendant of a small-amount settlement letter, which entered the victim’s information and received without the victim’s authority, and the Defendant sent the victim’s name-oriented message with the above certified text and the date of birth of the victim’s victim’s name, thereby obtaining a small-amount settlement equivalent to KRW 10,00 won. From the above date to the next day, the Defendant paid the victim a small amount of money over 11 times in total as described in the list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, obtained pecuniary benefits by inputting information without authority into the information processing device.
