On September 3, 2013, at around 02:15, the Defendant, upon receiving the Defendant’s Defendant’s Defendant’s wife C’s assault report in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-dong Police Station D Zone B, and protected the Defendant’s wife C, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties after receiving the report of domestic violence cases, such as: (a) whether she will have to take women in the Dong-dong Police Station; (b) whether she will take women in the Dong-dong Police Station; and (c) she would bring her low women; and (d) she would bring her children, and (e) she would take her back on the left side; and (e) she would interfere with the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties.
