A. On June 10, 1935, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer as the receipt of No. 1320 on July 1, 1935, with respect to the 3580 square meters of Nan-gun, Nam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun (hereinafter “the instant real estate”).

B. Among the lineal descendants of the networkO, each heir of the headquarters and the headquarters of the headquarters and the headquarters of the headquarters are the lineal descendants of (1) the network as the lineal descendants of the headquarters, and there is a network R (Nam), T, network S (T), U, V, and W.

(2) The deceased on June 13, 1992, and the deceased on August 5, 1989, X of the deceased on August 13, 1992, the Defendants succeeded to the property of the deceased on August 5, 1989, such as attachment 2 and the indication of inheritance shares.

The 7 children of the network S such as A and AB and the Z jointly inherited the network S's property.

C. The multiple copies of the networkO’s entries in the former family register were cancelled on March 5, 1977, and each of them was written in the family register column of “the family register of the deceasedO” as “the family register column of “the family register of the deceased” on November 22, 1958 as “the family register of the deceased, the neighbor, and the family register column of “C” as “the family register of the wife” on March 5, 1977, and “the husband (the husband) death on November 22, 1958,” respectively.

The Z was the spouse of the Samnam net S of the Z's transfer registration networkO on June 19, 2008, pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Transfer of Real Estate Ownership (Act No. 7500, May 26, 2005; hereinafter "Special Measures Act"), with respect to the shares of 1,653/3,580 among the real estate in this case (hereinafter "the shares in this case") as of June 19, 2008, the Z transferred ownership registration (hereinafter "the transfer registration in this case"). < Amended by Act No. 4500, Nov. 15, 1993>
