1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

The defendant's grounds for appeal against the main lawsuit and counterclaim of this case by the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are recognized as legitimate even when comprehensively considering the evidence submitted by the court of first instance.
Accordingly, the reasoning of the judgment that the court should explain on the instant case is identical to that of the first instance court, and thus, it refers to the reasoning of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals filed by the defendant against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim of this case are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
