Punishment of the crime
On February 2, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.191% during blood transfusions around 06:55, and was driving B-L car at approximately 200 meters from the front of the Cheongjin-dong, Cheongjin-dong, located in the Busan District captain-gun, on the roads in front of the Cheongjin-dong, located in the Busan District captain-gun.
