1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 84,780,547 as well as KRW 74,702,579 as to the plaintiff's KRW 84,702,579 as of April 18, 2020 to September 15, 2020.
1. On September 24, 2019, the Plaintiff received a loan claim against the Defendant from C Co., Ltd., and notified the Defendant of the assignment of claims on October 14, 2019 upon delegation of the right to notify the assignment of claims.
As of April 17, 2020, the defendant has been in arrears until now, as shown below.
