1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 per annum and 24% per annum from January 21, 2016 to the date of Down payment.

Reasons

1. On January 21, 2016, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 100 million to C on January 21, 2017, at the interest rate of 24% per annum. The Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed C’s obligation to pay the above loan.
