The facts in the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the whole purport of the pleadings as stated in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7 (including the provisional number). Thus, the defendants are obligated to deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet possessed within the business territory of the plaintiff union to the plaintiff.

If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
