건물명도 청구의 소

1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Of the second floor of the building listed in the separate sheet, each point of the attached sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.

Reasons

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including each number), the plaintiff is the owner of the building indicated in the separate sheet, and on January 24, 2017, the plaintiff is the owner of the building indicated in the separate sheet, and on January 24, 2017, the part of the building indicated in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 (hereinafter "C building No. 211"; hereinafter "the lease contract of this case") connected each point among the second floor of the building indicated in the separate sheet Nos. 43.2 square meters (hereinafter "the real estate of this case") are leased (hereinafter "the lease contract of this case"), and the rent, etc. to be paid by the tenant is 1,705,00 won per month (the above 1,145,000 won per month and management fees, 405,000 won per month, and value-added tax (Article 2).

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
