However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 1, 2017, the Defendant reported 112 by using his/her mobile phone in the vicinity of C apartment 209 Dong, and “a man who has met with fluor, was raped on the apartment rooftop,” along with a police officer dispatched to the site, moved from the Gyeonggi-gu E Hospital located in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do, to the Gyeonggi Northern Sea Center and made a false statement of sexual assault damage from the police officer F at the above Sea Center around 09:10 on the same day.

The content was that “Around 03:00 on November 1, 2017, the Defendant had talked with G and mobile phone-based marketing, and G had the Defendant enter into the said apartment site on the following grounds: “Around November 1, 2017, G was sing to sing to singing the Defendant, eating boomed, and entering into C apartment at the Gyeonggi-gu,” and G was that “A sing the Defendant on the 209 rooftop of the said apartment, sing to the Defendant, sing the Defendant’s body on the 209 rooftop, sing off the Defendant, sing off the Defendant’s body, sing the Defendant’s body, sing off, and resisting the Defendant by force, and rape the Defendant.”

On November 1, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (sexual traffic) around 03:00, the Defendant received 400,000 won in return for sexual traffic between G and on the rooftop 209-dong mobile-type fishing method, and engaged in sexual intercourse once, and engaged in sexual traffic from August 201 to January 1, 2018, as indicated in the list of crimes committed in the annexed crimes, 16 sexual purchases and conducted sexual traffic over 23 occasions.
