Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On October 15, 2012, at around 03:55, the Defendant damaged the “D party room” of the Victim C’s Operation in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, by adding 2 only 30,000 won of the market price owned by the Defendant on the ground that the Defendant’s post-ship and spacul are not well-compliant.
