1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the second floor office 5.26 square meters of buildings listed in the attached list;
(b) 2,800,000;
1. On October 10, 2018, the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract (security deposit: KRW 3,00,000, KRW 350,000 per month, and until October 9, 2020) with the Defendant on October 10, 2018 with respect to the 2nd floor of the building (store, office, housing) of Seo-gu reinforced concrete and cement brick slives slives of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and the 3rd floor of the building (store, office, and house) on the ground of the overdue rent of the Defendant indicating the claim, and accordingly, claims the delivery of the building as a restoration to its original state, and claims the payment of overdue rent and the return of unjust enrichment on the basis of the rent.
