1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 41,32,00 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 11, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, from August 2013 to November 201, 2013, lent a total of KRW 96,282,00 to the Defendant, but only KRW 54,950,00,00, the Defendant is obligated to pay the remainder of KRW 41,332,00 and delay damages.

2. Judgment made by deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
