1. The Defendant is 15% per annum with respect to each of the Plaintiffs’ KRW 15,00,000 and each of the above amounts, from July 30, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
