A. On March 2, 2012, the Defendant recruited to apply for false unemployment benefits at the above K church as seen above, and the Defendant submitted an application for recognition of entitlement to insurance benefits as if he/she was retired while serving for 192 days in the above N company at the Sungnam Employment Center of the Labor Agency located in 146 as of March 22, 2013, even though he/she had never worked in the N Company from March 2, 2012 to January 30, 2013.

Accordingly, in collusion with L, the Defendant, by deceiving a public official in charge as above, received 3,149,260 won, including 9,79,79,790 won from the Republic of Korea around April 10, 2013, 979,770 won around May 6, 2013, and 979,770 won around June 3, 2013, and 909,79,790 won around June 27, 2013, and received unemployment benefits from money from a national bank account under the name of the Defendant, and received goods from the public bank account under the name of the Defendant.

B. On August 5, 2014, the Defendant recruited to apply for unemployment benefits as above at the above K church as L, and the fact is that the Defendant had worked in the “O Co., Ltd.” from August 5, 2014 to May 16, 2015.
