A. On April 25, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) between C and C, who obtained a building permit to construct a building of the Defendant church on the ground located in Chuncheon-si; (b) from April 25, 2012, the construction of the new building of the Defendant church that C works as a manager of the Defendant church; and (c) the construction period from April 25, 2012 to the same year.

6. The Plaintiff entered into a contract with the owner of the instant building up to October 2, 201 (hereinafter referred to as “instant construction”; (b) completed the instant building on October 9, 2012 and obtained approval for its use on the same date; (c) the owner of the instant building changed from C; and (d) the Defendant completed the registration of initial ownership as to the instant building on November 23, 2012. Meanwhile, on March 22, 2013, C filed a claim against the Plaintiff for the construction cost of KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00.
