1. The Defendant’s KRW 43,587,271 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from March 5, 2019 to June 14, 2019, and the following.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) On July 1, 2019, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay from the day immediately following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint on July 2, 2019 is reduced to seek payment of money calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day immediately following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of complete payment).
