1. The defendant shall pay 9,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 30% per annum from September 5, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: on September 5, 2005, the defendant issued a promissory note with a face value of 30 million won as a result of borrowing 9 million won from the plaintiff on December 5, 2006, with the interest rate of 5% per month and due date of repayment as of December 5, 2006. However, the above borrowed money has not been repaid until now.
