강제추행
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On September 13, 2018, around 06:30 on September 13, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victims more than five times in total by means of the following list of crimes from around April 12, 2019, including: (a) the Victim C (In this case, 56 years of age) coming from the bend alley of B in front of Mai-si; and (b) the Victim C (in this case, 56 years of age) committed an indecent act on the victim’s chest at his hand by force; and (c) the Defendant committed an indecent act on the victim’s chest by force.
