The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The defendant and the victim B (the 47-year-old and female) are the legal married couple who reported their marriage before two years of age.
On February 19, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim by hand, such as taking the victim’s neck, taking the head of the victim’s hair, etc., on the ground that the victim had drinking and late returned home at the 2nd floor of Sungnam City, and drinking alcohol at the 3:00 Mannam City, and the second floor of the 2nd floor.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to have the defendant punished.
