Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant is a person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act, and the defendant is a person engaged in the driving of B-2 trucks;
On May 2, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without obtaining a driver's license at around 17:55 on May 22, 2017, and led Cheongcheon-gun, Cheongcheon-si, Cheongcheon-si, Cheongcheon-do, 3290, two-lane 19, one-lane from the distance from the direction of the lustal distance to the lustal distance.
