절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. A. Around June 25, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 06:20 on June 25, 2020, committed the crime, at around 06:20, on the parking lot of the building B in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) on the part of the victim C’s market value of KRW 100,000,000, 100,000,000,000,000, were stolen.
B. Around June 26, 2020, around 11:10 on June 26, 2020, the Defendant: (a) extracted 1% of 50,000 won at the victim D’s market price located adjacent to the first floor E-dong of the building in Ansan-si; (b) around 12:00 on June 26, 2020, the Defendant again extracted 3:00 on June 26, 202, the Defendant: (c) around 200, at around 200, the victim’s dwelling in Hayang-gu, Manyang-si, Hayang-si, where the victim was situated in the top of the first floor E-dong of the building in Mayang-si; and (d) on June 26, 2020: (c) on June 26, 200, the Defendant: (d) extracted 30,000 won at the victim’s market price; (d) on June 26, 203:6:26, 2006.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victims.
2. At night, on June 27, 2020, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a math through a gate opened in front of the residence of the victimJ located in Ansan-si; and (b) took a theft of the market price, which was owned by the victim and left inside the math, one of the non-fluent steel scrap in the market.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim by intrusion upon the victim's residence at night.
Summary of Evidence
1. Application of the Acts and subordinate statutes to the Defendant’s legal statement C, D, G, and J respective field photographs, each on-site photographs of each CCTV image closure, each on-site report, each on-site investigation report, and each on-site investigation report;
