A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On May 14, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Seo-gu District Court's Seo-Support on May 14, 2008. On August 8, 2013, the same court received a summary order of fine of 3 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
Criminal facts
1. On September 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was driving a B-low-water vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.13% without obtaining a driver’s license for the section from the front day of Radon in the Seo-gu Scattering-dong of Daegu to the modification front day of the cosmetic located in the same Dong from around 69 meters away from September 18:25, 2013.
