1. Defendant A

A. On October 10, 2014, the Defendant discovered G credit cards (H) owned by the victim F, which was far away from the office floor of the E office floor in the 2nd floor of the Dolla City, Y around October 10, 2014, and caused the theft by neglecting the victim’s surveillance.

B. On October 15, 2014, the Defendant of thief was to B at the front of an I convenience store near the new Sinsan City around October 15, 2014.

After the card in the name of F, as stated in the foregoing paragraph, was cut off to B at around 19:00 on the same day, “in Korea, it is not adequate to present, and thus withdrawal of cash with the card is changed. The password is J, and in preparation for the occurrence of the last problem, withdrawal of money using her mother and scke. Where there are many money in the passbook, it is extracted to the extent that it can be extracted, and if no more withdrawal is made, it is extracted to the extent that it is possible to do so, after the next day, from the next day.”

Thus, the defendant, at around 23:46 of the same day, had B collect the above card from the cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim G installed at the L Hospital located in K in the following city in the following day, entered the 1,000,000 won and password J over six times, and let B withdraw the total amount of KRW 6,00,000 in cash owned by the victim G.

On October 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had B enter the said card in a cash withdrawal machine managed by a subordinate post office located in the sub-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, and (b) had B withdraw the total amount of KRW 6,000,000 as well as the number of KRW 1,000,000 on six occasions; and (c) had B withdraw the said number of cash in the bank owned by the victim post office.

Accordingly, the defendant instigated B to steals the victim's property.

2. Defendant B: (a) around 15:00 on October 15, 2014, at the front of an I convenience store near the new Sinsan-si market, Defendant A’s 1-A.

The name of the F, as in paragraph 1, which was stolen.
