Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for six months, and the execution shall be suspended for one year from the date the judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On November 15, 2017, around 18:20 on November 15, 2017, the Defendant stolen the KRW 59,800,000, which is the market price managed by the Victim F in the “E” of D department stores of the 1st floor underground in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
B. On November 21, 2017, around 18:00 on November 21, 2017, the Defendant stolen KRW 25,000,000, which is the market price managed by the victim H in the “G’s 1st floor clothing store (G) below the above D department store.

On November 21, 2017, around 18:05, the Defendant: (a) stored one nitro amounting to 59,800 won at the market price managed by the Victim F in a temporary port; and (b) stolen it.
2. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the investigation;
A. On November 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender under suspicion of larceny as stated in paragraph (1) around 18:50; (b) transferred his/her signature to the police station located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, to the police station confirmation box; (c) stated the signature of K in the column of the current criminal confirmation box; and (d) submitted the said confirmation document as if the signature was duly formed to the assistant belonging to the said police station, who did not know of the forgery.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged and exercised the signature of K for the purpose of exercising it.
B. The Defendant involved in the crime of the written statement entered K’s signature in the confirmation column of the written statement at the above date, time and place, and submitted the said written statement to the assistant L of the said police box affiliated with the said police box who did not know of the forgery.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged and exercised the signature of K for the purpose of exercising it.

On November 21, 2017, the Defendant involved in the interrogation record entered K’s signature in the column for the statement of suspect interrogation record in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Integrated Police Station en masse duty records located in 167, Seoul, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and submitted the statement as if it was duly formed to the slope M who was unaware of the forgery record.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged and exercised the signature of K for the purpose of exercising it.
