The defendant's appeal citing the judgment of the court of first instance is not significantly different from the argument in the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted to the court of first instance shows each evidence submitted to this court, it is acknowledged that the facts of first instance and the judgment are legitimate.
Therefore, the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case should be accepted on the ground of its reasoning, and the judgment of the court of first instance is justified on the ground of its conclusion.
