A. The conclusion of each sales contract and the payment of the down payment 1) Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”).

A) A company established for the purpose of apartment execution business, housing construction business, etc., is the “G” (hereinafter referred to as “G”) which is a f-only siren complex of size 80 in the early 2016 Asan-si E, etc., around the beginning of 2016.

(2) On May 23, 2016, Plaintiff B entered into each sales contract with Defendant C on the basis of the total amount of 64,65, and 66 of G provisional division. The initial sale price and the due date for payment are as follows, and the contract completion date is December 31, 2016.

On June 16, 2016, July 17, 2016, the date of the payment of the remainder of the second intermediate payment of KRW 470 million in total, KRW 70 million in total, KRW 50 million in total, KRW 30 million in total, KRW 50 million in total, KRW 310 million in total, Plaintiff B entered into an agreement with Defendant C on May 23, 2016, which was part of the down payment (i.e., KRW 3 million x KRW 3 million per unit x KRW 3 million) with Defendant C on June 16, 2016 (i.e., the date of the conclusion of each sales contract, and (ii) KRW 30 million in total, KRW 40 million in total, KRW 50 million in total, KRW 300 million in total, KRW 300 million in total; and (iii) Plaintiff B paid the said agreement with Defendant C Co. 465, May 24, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff”).

(2) On September 1, 2016, Plaintiff A and Plaintiff B concluded each of the above sales contracts (hereinafter “each of the instant sales contracts”). On May 26, 2016, Plaintiff A and Plaintiff B paid to Defendant C the remainder of KRW 470 million,00,000,000,000 KRW 50,000,000 KRW 50,000,000,000 KRW 310,000,000,000,000,000 KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000 KRW 31,000,000,000,000) on July 1, 2016, 2016, the date of conclusion of each of the sales contracts (=3 million,000,0000 won x 3,000,000 won).
