2. Service by public notice against Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant F, Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (the first date for pleading) and Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to Defendant C’s confession (the first date for pleading), and Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act.
