The defendant is a person who drives a Lone Star vehicle.
On June 23:35, 201, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately one kilometer from the roads near the Sod field restaurant located in the Daegu Suwon-gu, to the roads front of the Korean Geumdong located in the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.072% of alcohol concentration in blood, around 23:35.
