On March 28, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, larceny, violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, and crime of destroying and damaging property, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 17, 2018.

1. On March 27, 2019, around 02:00 on March 27, 2019, the Defendant entered the “Dnoman Bank” operated by the victim C in Echeon-si, Echeon-si, as if the Defendant would pay the victim a normal drinking value, and ordered entertainment reception workers, safe drinking, and drinking.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the drinking value to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, did not pay the amount of money equivalent to KRW 220,00,00,000 to the victim and did not pay the amount of money.

2. A thief, around 17:00 on April 10, 2019, at the victim F’s house with the knowledge of the peace in E-3 floors, the Defendant: (a) diversed the victim’s house and stolen the victim’s market price in an amount equivalent to KRW 1,200,000 on the part of the victim’s ownership, including one resident registration certificate, one corporate bank physical card, and one Samsung Credit Card.

3. On April 11, 2019, the defrauded: (a) around 00:00 on April 11, 2019, the Defendant entered the “J” main points operated by the victim I located in the G building H of Echeon-si, Echeon-si, and (b) took place as if the victim would pay the normal drinking value to the victim; and (c) ordered 17-year two-year two-year two-way one disease.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the drinking value to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, did not receive 2.70,000 won from the victim, and did not pay the amount, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

4. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person’s resident registration number.
