Purport of claim and appeal
The judgment of the first instance.
1. The reasoning of this court’s explanation is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for deletion of “F,” 6 to 7, the 10th of the judgment of the court of first instance. As such, the same shall apply to Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(1) The court of first instance, which rejected the Plaintiff’s assertion, is justifiable, and the Plaintiff’s appeal is dismissed on the grounds that it is not different from the Plaintiff’s assertion in the first instance trial, and the Plaintiff did not prove any additional evidence in the first instance trial. The court of first instance, which rejected the Plaintiff’s assertion, is justifiable, and thus, the Plaintiff’s appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
