On August 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months in a prison term of fraud at the Suwon Friwon, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 21, 2015.

1. When the Defendant came to know of the existence of a large amount of deposits exceeding 600 million won in the victim B’s C (D) account (the age of 80,000) with respect to the forgery of a private document, preparation of a qualification duplicate document, and preparation of a qualification duplicate document, the Defendant thought that he/she forged the relevant document in collusion with the E’s name F and his/her name in order to deprive him/her of the said deposit by forging it.

A. On March 2012, 2012, the Defendant forged official document: (a) to the firstman of the Republic of Korea, the Defendant: (a) sent a copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate; (b) a cash payment statement stating some of the account number and deposit balance; (c) a personal information of the injured party; and (d) a camera stating the account password; (c) he sent it to F; (d) a female photograph of the age similar to the injured party by an irregular method around that time; and (e) a resident registration certificate registered in the name of the head of Seocho-gu, stating the same as the victim’

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E and F, forged the victim's resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for the purpose of exercising.

B. On March 12, 2012, the Defendant, along with E and F, intended to open a new account in the victim’s name and transfer the deposit from the said account to the C account opened in a large amount of deposit. On March 12, 2012, E stated “B, H, and Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government IBJ MU in the applicant column of the C transaction application form prepared in advance at a multi-face near the C Green point located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and indicated “B”, “B”, “B”, “K, L, and Gyeonggi-do IB MU in the real name verification column,” and affixed the seal of the victim who was drawn from F in advance on the name of the mandator and on the name of the mandator B.

The defendant, in collusion with E and F, is qualified as an agent of the victim for the purpose of exercising.
