1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 41,35,014 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 1, 2004 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of evidence Nos. 10-3, 21 and arguments, the Plaintiff prepared a notarial deed stating that “C shall pay to the Plaintiff 41,35,014 won agreed upon by December 31, 2003, and pay interest rate of 15% per annum to the unpaid amount to the Plaintiff” between Defendant C and C at the time of January 14, 2002, as the representative director of the Defendant Company (which was ordered to be dissolved on January 11, 2005, and deemed to be terminated on January 2, 2008) and C, a notary public, who was the representative director of the Do joint law office, as of January 2, 2002, as of December 31, 2003, the Defendant Company is obligated to pay interest rate of 41,35,014 won per annum to the Plaintiff on July 30, 2016.
