1. Around 01:40 on May 31, 2013, the Defendant attempted to steal cash, etc. in front of the parking lot of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Gyeyang-gu 101, the Defendant: (a) opened four vehicle driver’s seat or the string of four vehicles, such as the victim’s D, the victim’s DNA car, the victim’s H-owned G observer car, the victim’s H-owned passenger car, the I SP car, the victim’s J-owned car, and the K Systren car, but did not commit an attempted crime.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) jointly with L, M, N,O, P, Q, etc., and opened and intruded into a window that was not corrected at around 03:00 on May 24, 2013 by the senior citizens who were managed by the victims S(69 years of age and female) in the Gyeyang-gu Incheon apartment complex.

3. Special larceny (joint thief by the defendant and T or U).

A. At around 02:00 on May 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was in the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City V apartment 114 underground parking lots; (b) was in black a car without a door, by means of cutting down the loss of a car parked in each of his/her underground parking lots; (c) confirmed that the Defendant’s parking at that place was opened a car door of the X-gu car with a value equivalent to KRW 5 million at the victim’s W owned by the Defendant; (d) confirmed that there was a car door of the car with the victim’s W parked at that place; and (e) carried the car moving along with T, by using the vehicle auxiliary heat located in the vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen property jointly with T and U.S.

B. The Defendant, as seen above, conspired with T and U to take a stolen vehicle, and conspired to see the hospital hair. On May 1, 2013, at around 02:52, the Defendant came into the Z Hospital located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and confirmed whether there was a nurse by getting out of the elevator and getting out of the 7th floor of the above building, and confirmed that there was no nurse on the 4th floor, and the U and T to see other wards, and the Defendant 4th floor.
