The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

On September 7, 2018, the Defendant was at the same workplace as the victim B (n, 22 years of age) and the Defendant was at the same workplace by driving his own vehicle to work as the victim while dividing the conversations through the new wall C Meet on September 7, 2018.

1. At around 09:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) parked a vehicle on the first floor of the underground parking lot in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D D D Building; and (b) made a conversation between the victim and the workplace related to the victim, the victim, who locked, brought the victim to fit the victim’s hand and fit the victim’s hand; and (c) took the victim’s chest by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the victim by using the state of impossibility to resist.

2. 강제추행 피고인은 제1항 기재 일시, 장소에서 피고인의 위와 같은 행위로 잠에서 깬 피해자가 깜짝 놀라 손으로 피고인을 밀어내자 “여기는 아는 사람을 볼 수 있으니까 더 지하로 내려가야겠다.”고 하면서 위 차량을 운전하여 지하 2층으로 내려 간 후 조수석으로 몸을 옮겨 손으로 피해자의 가슴을 누르고 몸 위로 올라탄 뒤 피해자의 가슴을 누르고 있던 손으로 피해자의 브래지어 안으로 손을 넣어 가슴을 만지고, 이에 피해자가 자신의 상의를 잡아당겨 내리면서 반항하였으나 피고인은 계속하여 피해자의 상의와 브래지어를 올린 뒤 피해자의 가슴을 빨면서 바지 안으로 손을 넣어 피해자의 음부 부위를 만졌다.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
