A. Defendant A, B, and C are jointly and severally liable for KRW 103,697,843 and KRW 27,848,313.

A. The following facts are established based on the overall purport of the statements and arguments as set forth in subparagraphs A through 4 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant Company, B, and C. Pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, between the Plaintiff and the Defendant D, the said Defendants are deemed to have been led to confession pursuant to Article 150(1) of the same Act.

1) On December 21, 2004, the Gwangju District Court rendered a judgment in favor of the Plaintiff in the lawsuit claiming reimbursement against the said Defendants. The above judgment became final and conclusive on January 11, 2005 (2004da63939). The part concerning the claim of this case in the above judgment is as follows: (a) the order Plaintiff, Defendant Company, B, and C jointly and severally pay KRW 102,39,502 as well as KRW 72,927,339 as to KRW 72,927,929 as to KRW 27,96,300 as to KRW 27,96,303 as to KRW 18% per annum from January 24, 200 to November 5, 2004; and (b) the amount calculated at 10% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment; and (c) the amount calculated at 20% per annum from 2004 to 309,29497.7,797.29.29.7.7.7.
