Punishment of the crime
[2015 Highest 485] On April 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 11:16, 2015, at C in Gunsan City B, that the victim D (the age of 54) delivered to the Defendant for the purpose of opening a mobile phone; (b) caused the victim to return his/her resident registration certificate; and (c) caused the victim’s breath to mar the breath of the victim’s breath; (d) caused the breath (2m in length) which is a dangerous thing in C1st, brought about the victim’s breath of the breath; (e) brought about a golf (2m in length) which is a dangerous thing in the same place; and (e) assaulted the victim with it toward the victim.

1. On April 27, 2015, at around 18:20, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective assault, deadly weapons, etc.) : (a) was under drinking the victim D (the age of 54) on behalf of the Defendant (the age of 54) not driving a cell phone on behalf of the Defendant, who is a bad credit standing; (b) reported the victim who entered the said place, and reported the victim’s face of the victim 6-7 times, and continued to gather the fishing knife (the total length of 19cm, 8cm in blade length) that is a dangerous thing that had been in the main room; and (c) laid the victim’s knife as a knife.
In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
2. The Defendant causing property damage, at the time, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), laid one of the victim E-owned Samsungphones worth KRW 1,00,000,000 at the bottom of the market value. Then, the Defendant entered the above C 508 room, which the Defendant used as a lodging room, and carried a telephone device located therein, thereby destroying one of the glass windows (120 cm, 60 cm, cm, cm, cm, the market value of which is 1,000 won owned by the victim of the said C business.)
Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victims' property.
