피고인은 2018. 8. 경 인터넷 사이트 ‘B’, ‘C’ 구인 구직 게시판을 통해 알게 된 성명 불상자의 소개를 받아, 중국 대련에 있는 보이스 피 싱 ‘ 오더 집 ’에서 약 2개월 동안 일을 하였고, 2019. 1. 경 중국 위해에 있는 보이스 피 싱 ‘ 퀵 집 ’에서 일을 하였으며 2019. 4. 말경 중국 대련으로 다시 이동하여 피고인이 직접 ‘ 퀵 집’ 을 새로 만들어 운영하며 메신저 어 플 리 케이 션인 ‘ 위 챗 ’에서 ‘D’ 이라는 아이디를 사용하면서, ‘ 위 챗’ 아이 디 ‘E’, ‘F’, ‘G ’를 사용하는 다른 성명 불상자들과 함께 대한민국에서 ‘ 전달 책 ’으로 활동하는 조직원들에게 위챗으로 국내 수도권 지역에서 체크카드를 수거 하여 인출 책에게 전달해 주는 일을 하였다.
