1. The defendant shall accept on July 16, 198 the indictment of all-round District Court of Jeonju with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to B.
Reasons
1. On July 15, 198, the provisional registration of the Defendant indicating the claim, the reservation made on July 15, 1988 had already been extinguished or the reservation terminated to the exclusion period.
In order to preserve the claim against B, the Plaintiff, a real estate owner, filed a claim for the cancellation of provisional registration by subrogation of B.
