1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
With respect to the legitimacy of the suit of this case, the subject of confirmation in the suit of this case shall be limited to the present rights or legal relations, and seeking confirmation of facts or verification of authenticity of documents shall be deemed unlawful as a lawsuit of confirmation.
The instant lawsuit seeking confirmation as to the authenticity of a contract is unlawful, and thus, it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
