In light of the fact that the Defendant is a confession, but the Defendant did not agree with the victim, and other circumstances, such as the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, motive, means and consequence of the commission of the crime, relationship with the victim, and circumstances after the commission of the crime, the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is without merit and it is so decided as per Disposition in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
