A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B K5 in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).
On April 8, 2018, the Defendant driven the above K5 vehicle with alcohol level of 0.169% in alcohol level around 19:00 and proceeded to turn to the left at an insular rest area near the entrance of the luminous parking lot located in the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, to turn to the left at a luminous rest area.
In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and there was a duty of care to make a safe turn to the left by accurately operating the steering gear and steering system.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driving a vehicle B K5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 10 meters alcohol concentration 0.169% from the eropic parking lot located in the 40-dong, Southern-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Southern-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, to the roads indicated in paragraph 1.
