The defendant is a foreigner of the U.S. nationality who works as a professor in English language at B University.

1. 특수협박 피고인은 2020. 2. 2. 10:40경 천안시 서북구 C아파트 D동 2층 복도에서, 평소 파킨슨병으로 처방받은 약물(마도파)을 다량 복용하여 알몸 상태로 손에 위험한 물건인 깨진 접시 조각을 손에 쥔 채 돌아다니다가 마침 쓰레기를 버리러 나온 이웃 주민인 피해자 E(여, 41세)를 향해 찌를 듯이 달려드는 등 피해자를 협박하였다.
