Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On October 23, 2015, at around 17:30, the Defendant: (a) opened two toilets shower showers of toilets in the B2nd floor B B B, Busan, the Defendant damaged the amount of KRW 10,000,00,00 in the market price of the shower glass (each width x 15 cent x vertical length 20 cent) owned by the victim by putting up two toilets in front of the entrance entrance.
