A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
To the extent that it does not interfere with the defendant's right of defense, part of the facts charged was appropriately revised.
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the following psychotropic drugs-related cambanes (hereinafter referred to as “camphones”):
1. Medication of phiphones;
A. On July 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, at the trade name flusing point of New York (hereinafter referred to as “U.S.”); (b) at the flusing point of New York, the Defendant: (c) displayed a ice on plastic water disease together with six flusing agents (B and women in the Chinese world) residing in New York; (d) displayed a ice on both sides of the plastic water disease; (e) put the phiphone into the glass pipe connected to the end of the ice; (e) putting the stlus into the opposite strus; and (e) putting the rophone in the opposite strus; and (e) administered the rophone’s flusing volume promptly.
B. On August 4, 2019, at around 20:00, the Defendant administered philophones in the same manner as that of paragraph (a), together with four persons working in B, etc. at a place where paragraph (a) is located.
2. On August 4, 2019, the Defendant, at the residence of New York around 21:30, received approximately 6.84 g of a philopon from B, concealed it in a bridge, and moved to Bo Angegeles.
On August 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 01:40 (on a local time in the United States) 01:40 (see, e.g., a report on detection of the customs office of the Incheon Airport (Evidence No. 2); and (b) transferred to the Republic of Korea, at around 09:00 (on a local time in China), a report (Evidence No. 2); and (c) a report on detection of discovery of the customs office of the Incheon Airport in Part D, Incheon Airport (Evidence No. 2); and (d) imported phiphonephones by arrival into a passenger terminal of the Incheon International Airport located in 272 at Jung-gu Incheon International Airport around 11:28 on the same day.
