Punishment of the crime
On June 11, 1998, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for special larceny, etc. in the branch of the Seoul District Court, and on August 29, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for larceny. On November 29, 2007, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced two years for a suspended sentence of ten months for a prison term of imprisonment for night-time structure intrusion larceny. On July 23, 2009, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced four months for a attempted larceny and completed the execution of the said sentence on October 20. < Amended by Act No. 11448, Jun. 1, 2011>
On June 14, 2014, the Defendant, at the request of the Defendant, asked the victim E to see if she would do so at around 14:00 in Seoul Dongdaemun apartment Dong Dong Dong Dong Dong Dong in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) put one half of the market price equivalent to KRW 60,00,000, which is the victim’s ownership at the victim’s breath of breath by using the victim E cresh; and (b) taken off from that time until March 25, 2015, the Defendant habitually stolen property of the total market price of KRW 905,00,000, which is the victim’s ownership, at the victim’s expense, from March 25, 2015; and (c) attempted to steal the victim’s property on a one-time basis.
